We work with various U.S.-based printers to produce our shirts using a technique called DTG (direct-to-garment) printing. Unlike traditional HTV (heat transfer vinyl) designs, DTG printing uses water-based inks directly on the fabric, resulting in a different look and feel compared to HTV prints commonly found on platforms like Etsy. Since our shirts are printed to order, we have a no return/exchange policy. However, we’re happy to replace any items that arrive misprinted or damaged—just reach out to us with any issues before leaving a review so we can make it right!

Our typical turnaround time for order fulfillment is 1-5 business days, excluding shipping. During peak holiday seasons, this timeframe may vary. Occasionally, we may experience shortages in certain sizes or colors from our supplier. If this happens, your order may take a bit longer, but we will keep you updated. Should any delay occur, we’ll reach out to you on your estimated fulfillment date to inform you.

Please follow wash guidelines on the tag of shirt. Wash inside out to keep the image in superb condition.
